These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern the relationship between bossku88 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("Player", "User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the website located at https://bossku88.cam and all associated sub-domains, services, products, games, promotions, and features offered thereon (collectively, "the Platform").

Acceptable KYC documents include:

• Malaysian MyKad (front and back) or Passport for non-Malaysian nationals;
• A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official government document as proof of address;
• Payment method verification documents where applicable (e.g., screenshot of eWallet account showing full name and phone number).

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. bossku88 shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to protect your login information. If you believe your Account credentials have been compromised, you must notify our support team immediately.

bossku88 accepts deposits in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) via the following verified payment channels:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay (e-wallet transfers);
• DuitNow QR and DuitNow Online Banking / Transfer;
• FPX (Financial Process Exchange) — supporting Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, Hong Leong, and other participating Malaysian banks;
• Direct bank transfer to all major Malaysian commercial banks;
• Cryptocurrency: Bitcoin (BTC) and USDT (Tether), credited at the prevailing exchange rate at time of confirmation.

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer. bossku88 does not charge transaction fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own service charges which are beyond our control.

All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — including payments from accounts belonging to family members or associates — are not permitted and may result in Account suspension pending investigation. bossku88 reserves the right to reverse any deposit made from an ineligible payment source.

Deposits are not investments and carry no interest. Funds deposited into your Account are held for the purpose of wagering on the Platform only.

Players may request withdrawals of available real-money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be successfully completed before the first withdrawal is approved;
• All active bonus wagering requirements must be fulfilled prior to withdrawal of bonus funds or any winnings derived from bonus play;

In the event of a technical malfunction, server error, or connectivity failure that interrupts a game round in progress, bossku88's records shall be the definitive reference for determining the state of the game at the point of interruption. • Providing false, misleading, or another person's identity information during registration or KYC;

• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This licence does not extend to reproducing, distributing, transmitting, publicly displaying, reverse-engineering, scraping, or commercially exploiting any element of the Platform without prior written authorisation from bossku88.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bossku88, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, and affiliated entities shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform;
• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, system outage, third-party service failure, or network interruption beyond our reasonable control;
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform that is subsequently found to be inaccurate;
• Any financial loss arising from gambling activity on the Platform, including losses resulting from your own wagering decisions.

Where bossku88's liability cannot be entirely excluded under applicable law, our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount of real money funds held in your Account at the time the relevant claim arose.

bossku88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we reasonably believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Account has been involved in fraudulent, criminal, or abusive activity;
• The Player is under 21 years of age or has provided false registration information;
• The Player has registered from a Restricted Jurisdiction;
• Account activity poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or other Players;
• We are required to do so pursuant to legal, regulatory, or licensing obligations.

Upon permanent Account closure for cause, bossku88 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. Where closure is initiated by the Player voluntarily (and not in response to a breach), any verified real-money Balance — net of applicable bonus obligations — will be returned to the Player's confirmed payment method following completion of applicable KYC checks.

bossku88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via in-Platform notification or email to the address registered on your Account. If you continue to use the Platform after the effective date of any amendment, you will be deemed to have accepted the revised Terms.
